Made from beautifully selected Turkish walnut, the ZKM Varmint is based on the same time proven action as the CZ 452-2E ZKM line. It features a 532mm (21”) heavy barrel to provide higher accuracy while shooting small moving targets at medium and longer distances. The receiver is machined with a 11mm dovetail groove for the easy attachment of scope mounts. It also comes with a 5-shot detachable magazine. The .17 HMR and .22 WMR rifles feature 3/8” wide dovetails.

All CZ 452 and 453 rifles are made with high quality steel receivers, adjustable triggers (452 for reach, 453 set trigger) and hammer forged barrels threaded for a sound moderator as standard on .17 HMR & .22 LR and an option in .22 WMR. All rifles are supplied with a 5-shot magazine. A .22 LR single shot adapter for the ZKM 452/453 is also available.
